HISTORY
«Ruzhyn-Moloko» was founded in 2002 on the basis of Ruzhyn Dairy Plant — one of the oldest enterprises in the dairy industry of Ukraine. The enterprise is located in an ecologically clean region — the town of Ruzhyn, Zhytomyr region — and is a key economic center of the region.
Today «Ruzhyn-Moloko» is an innovative production with advanced technological equipment and a daily processing capacity of over 150 tons of milk, which allows producing over 1300 tons of finished products per month.

QUALITY CONTROL
All raw materials meet the requirements of regulatory documents. Incoming control is carried out by the production laboratory.
The enterprise has defined, ensured and maintained the environment necessary to achieve compliance with the requirements for the quality and safety of the products produced.
It is carried out by conducting measurements, research, and tasting. Metal detection is installed at the production facility, which prevents the ingress of foreign metal inclusions.
Personnel involved in work affecting the quality and safety of products are competent based on appropriate education, training, skills and experience.
